1. Condition Standards:
All cards must be in Near Mint condition or better. Cards with any visible damage, including whitening, creases, dirt, water damage, or heavy edgewear, are ineligible and may be discarded or returned at your expense.

2. Language & Authenticity:
Only English-language and authentic cards are accepted. No foreign, counterfeit, or proxy cards will be processed. Any fakes will be discarded without payout.

3. No Energy Cards:
Basic Energy cards are not accepted and do not count toward your total card count or payout. Submissions heavily padded with energy cards may be returned or rejected.

4. Sorting Requirements:
Cards must be sorted by rarity (Common, Uncommon, Rare, etc.) and facing the same direction. Poorly sorted or unsorted submissions may result in a reduced payout or processing delays.

5. Packaging Guidelines:

  • Use secure packaging to prevent shifting or damage in transit.

  • Do not use rubber bands, tape, or binders.

  • Pack cards in boxes or deck boxes with sufficient padding.

  • All packages must be tightly taped and sealed on all edges to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.

6. Odor Policy:
All submissions must be free from strong or unusual odors, including smoke, mold, mildew, or other environmental scents. Submissions with noticeable odors may be rejected and returned at the sender’s expense.

7. Submission Accuracy:
The name and address on the submission form must match the name and return address on your package. Inaccurate or incomplete information may delay or void your payout.

8. Submission Review & Final Say:
We reserve the right to adjust quantities, pricing, or payout amounts if the cards received do not match the information submitted. Our grading and final counts are non-negotiable once processed.

9. Processing Time & Payment:
Payouts are typically processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your package.

  • Payments via PayPal Goods & Services include applicable fees.

  • Store credit will be emailed as a unique coupon code tied to your account’s email address.

  • You will be notified once your payment is sent or if there are any issues.

10. Refusal & Return Policy:
Submissions that do not meet our standards may be returned at your expense. This includes:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Labor costs for repacking

  • Additional handling or administrative charges

11. Agreement to Terms:
By submitting cards to Midwest Collectables, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to all bulk submission guidelines. Payouts are based solely on cards we determine to be eligible under these conditions. Ineligible cards will not be counted toward your total. We reserve the right to finalize all grading and payout decisions without prior approval or communication.
