As a general rule, cancellations can be requested prior to shipment, but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee, deducted from the refunded amount. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. midwest collectables reserves the right to decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept a cancellation request or not even prior to shipment.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Customers who want to return a shipped order may refer to our return policies.
Pre-orders cancelled up to 7 days prior to the release date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 3% of the item price.
Cancellations beyond this deadline will be subject to a higher cancellation-fee of the pre-ordered item(s), and may be inelligible for cancellation on a case-by-case basis. Free cancellations cannot be given for delayed release dates.
RETURNS
due to the nature of sealed product in the tcg industry, we do not offer returns. If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us and we will do our best to find a reasonable resolution. All returns or refunds must be approved in advance by our support staff - please contact us promptly after product arrival if something is wrong.
Any approved return must be sent back to us within 7 days after delivery. The customer is responsible for bearing all costs AND ANY APPLICABLE MINIMUM FEES (BASED ON THE PRICE OF THE ORDER) associated with the return.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe and undamaged arrival of the returned item(s). Refunds will be paid out after the arrival of the returned item(s).
RETURNS NEED TO MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. All items must be complete, undamaged and in saleable condition
2. New items must be factory sealed and unopened
3. Returns have to be sent via registered mail
4. All items have to be in their original packaging and well packed for shipping
5. A printout of the invoice must be included
Any item that does not meet the conditions above will not be refunded or exchanged
COMPENSATIONS & REFUNDS
If exceptional circumstances apply, refunds can be offered and will be issued with 3% deduction for credit transaction fees. We reserve the right to decide this on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that midwest collectables does not cover any fees charged by your credit card company or PayPal when processing refunds. All applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
